Despite a strong value proposition, the product experience created friction at critical moments—preventing users from completing their first investment.
This project focused on redesigning the platform experience to improve onboarding, trust, and conversion—while introducing a scalable multi-platform app.

I studied Wealth Migrate’s competitors to see what each of them was doing differently, gain a better understanding of the market and gather inspiration.
Exploring the Flow
Planning the Structure
After I identified the key areas to focus on, I moved on to devising the app structure and what the user flows would look like for different user roles. Aligning on these flows early with the team through flow charts helped us move faster and avoid having to rework parts of the app later on, which could be both costly and time consuming.
Wireframes
After the first iteration of the flowchart was complete, it was time to start exploring the flow on a screen-by-screen basis, using wireframes. I had a pretty clear vision for what I wanted the app to be like, so I went with more detailed wireframes.
Ui Designs
After wireframe approval, I moved into high-fidelity UI design, defining typography, colour, and components in line with the brand. I focused on creating a calm, supportive experience.. The result was a clean, consistent interface ready for efficient development.
What I Learned:
- Trust is a core UX driver in fintech conversion
- Simplifying onboarding, reducing complexity, and designing for confidence proved critical in improving investment completion.
